An anal fissure is a small fissure or crack in the linning of anus .

Causes 

• Passing hard stool 

• Straining during childbirth or bouts of diaarohea 

• Crohn disease 

 

Sign & symptoms include

• Sharp pain 

• Streaks of blood on stools  

• Etching and skin tag near tear

Treatment includes Laser lateral internal sphincterotomy .

Preventive measure includes taking

• High fibre diet 

• Avoiding spicy meal 

• Adapting good toilet habbits
